Herbert Higginbotham
National Director, Transit + Shared Mobility

Mr. Higginbotham brings over twenty years of professional experience and thought leadership in transportation service and operations planning, capital projects, asset management, market analysis, fare management, and technology innovation.
Herbert has led the development of market and equity analyses and service restructuring projects for large and small transit agencies across the country. In these roles, he works frequently with transit executives and boards on topics related to organizational governance, change management, and new mobility solutions.
He has managed a variety of projects focused on adapting transportation policy and organization to customer needs and new technology, and writes and speaks frequently about the changing mobility landscape.

Anurag Komanduri
Mr. Komanduri leads Cambridge Systematics, Inc.’s (CS) data analytics practice area. He has led a variety of mobility and analytics projects throughout the country ranging from survey design and implementation, data analytics process, business transformation, modeling, and Big Data harnessing. He is the lead innovator and head of CS’ Big Data Product line called LOCUS. Currently, he serves as the Project Manager for Sound Transit’s multiyear Innovation Support on-call and also serves as the Project Director for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s (LA Metro) Operations On-Call as the mobility and analytics lead. He is a nationally recognized expert in transportation data analytics and has published numerous peer-reviewed papers in prestigious journals and academic conferences.
