Shayda Haghgoo
Transportation Planner

Shayda Haghgoo is a Transportation Planner at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA). She developed and implemented bicycle and pedestrian projects throughout San Francisco under the Livable Streets subdivision since 2017. She holds a GIS Certificate and Master’s Degree in City Planning (concentrating in Sustainable Transportation and Infrastructure) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from University of California Los Angeles.
Samantha Serafica
Samantha is a first-year Master of City Planning student at the UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design, with a concentration in Transportation Planning and Policy. Previously, she spent two years working for the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) as a San Francisco Fellow in the Livable Streets subdivision. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric from UC Berkeley.
