Dr. Rosenblum is the Director of Research at the American Foundation for the Blind. She was the lead researcher for the "Flatten Inaccessibility" study that examined how COVID-19 impacted 1,921 individuals with visual impairments at the beginning of the pandemic. Dr. Rosenblum holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona and was on the faculty there from 1999-2019. She has published extensively on topics in the field of visual impairment including how those with visual impairments manage their transportation. She is the co-author of the book "Finding Wheels" with Dr. Anne Corn (TSBVI.edu).
