About the Presenter

Melissa Gray
Assistant Program Director of Transportation
National Aging & Disability Transportation Center/National Assn. of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a)
Melissa Gray is the Assistant Director of Transportation Programs for the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a) and the Senior Program Manager of the National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC). Since coming to n4a in 2018, Ms. Gray has focused her work on transportation to meet the needs of older adults, people with disabilities, caregivers and communities, and provides program management, communications, and technical assistance to internal/external partners that are also working to promote accessible transportation options in their local communities. Ms. Gray holds a master’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies/Gerontology from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.

Carrie Diamond
Carrie Diamond is the Training and Technical Assistance Specialist for Easterseals, Inc. and the National Aging & Disability Transportation Center. She produces resources and publications as well as training and direct technical assistance to transportation programs who serve older adults, people with disabilities and their caregivers. She is a certified Mobility Manager through the WI Association of Mobility Managers, certified ADA Coordinator through the University of Missouri and holds Community Resource Specialist – Aging & Disability Certification from the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems.
Dydra Virgil, a principal with V & L Research and Consulting, Inc., has over twenty years of experience conducting marketing research. Dydra has conducted numerous studies for clients, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Cancer Society, Emory School of Medicine, Grady Health System, Fulton County Health Department, and Morehouse School of Medicine, to name a few. Through Ms. Virgil's leadership, V & L Research and Consulting, Inc. has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Market Research Firms Certified Through the Greenbook Health Certification Program, The Greenbook, New York American Marketing Association.
